Individual session work with Ishara can assist you to gently release fears, doubts and residue of past trauma that may otherwise arise to hinder your birthing process. Using a variety of tools including energy balancing , healing hands, art as meditation, deep listening and practical knowledge, Ishara will help build your confidence in your body's innate capacity to birth your baby.

You will make your mandala from materials supplied by Ishara, using a playful, meditative process to allow your deep self to bring together colours and patterns that call forth different qualities. This is a powerful process, which will help you access your own self-healing and empowerment around pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

To support this process, each session will be tailored to meet your individual needs. Sessions may include guided meditation, reiki/intuitive hands-on healing, and simple self-awareness exercises, as well as offering practical information to help you prepare to give birth. The resulting mandala may be used as a focus to help you stay calm and centred during labour, or kept as a memento of this major life-transition.
